and apply them daily in your life. The minimum amount of times you should be looking at and reading your favourite affirmations or quotes is 3 times a day. But if you can carry one of your favourites around in your pocket, or have it somewhere "visible" many times a day, you'll get way better results from seeing it.
I've developed a system where I look at success quotes and turn them into affirmations that mean something "real" for me also, so with many of the quotes below you'll need to do the same. This is why a lot of affirmations can sometimes not get the effect that the person saying them wants, becuase it's got to fit your life and your ideals.
Give it a try, you'll find it much more powerful and more likely of you keeping on going with saying them, rather than forgetting all about it as time goes by.
