Do You Have A Successful Network Marketing Strategy?
There's many ideas on what would make an effective network marketing strategy. My idea is if you can implement a strategy into a business whether it be in network marketing or any other business, your aim should be absolute leverage.
If you cannot walk away from a business and have it keep growing exponentially till you return, it's not a true business. And a few of the main ways to ensure your business does grow are:
1. System Blueprints
Ensure that everything you do in your business is documented in writing and even better in video if possible. I'm not talking about the documentation and systems that come from your upline or manager in your existing business, but your own system for working your business, getting leads, building trust, gaining rapport, and essentially stimulating sales, sign-ups and growth, as this will be your long term network marketing strategy.
What would happen if you only relied upon your companies systems (as excellent as they may be) and it went down drain, you'd be right at square one again, but if you have your own system, your safe because it's universal.
I believe that universal systems that stimulate growth among all network marketing companies and business is the answer, and better yet, these universal marketing systems need to have their own compensation plan behind them, which would make it even more rewarding for you to create it, wouldn't it?
Such a system as I know it hasn't existed until only recently I found a company called
Synergy Biz Net
which is a company that promotes both traditional and network marketing structured business to gain referrals and also pass referrals on within their network. And the beautiful thing about them is the fact they have a very nice reward structure to ensure you do put your own network marketing strategy in place sooner rather than later, and when you do this, you get paid for it.
2. Market Online
I could go on forever about marketing online and all the network marketing strategy systems that I've seen and some of them very good indeed. But what it always seems to boil back down to is this...
- Educate your marketplace rather than pitch or sell them
- Create online information hubs rather than sales pages straight up
- Build trust and rapport and offer "viral" materials that will spread your name, rather than chasing prospects
- Attract clients and prospects through savvy marketing models
And there's tonnes of online methodologies to do this, but the few most important ones are, online information sites you can build yourself quite easily by using the likes of
Site Build It,
and following the instruction of online information marketing models from companies that teach them, one such company would be
Renegade University.
3. Low Pressure Sales Angle
There is no way you can make a horse drink after you've shown it the water, you can scream at it, beat it with a stick, come back each day and tell it how nice the water is and it still won't do it.
The same also applies to your prospects, the only way you can have them join is, is by them "coming to you" rather than you beating your own pathway to their door.
Lets face it, no-one likes to be sold to, that is an old common myth that traditional sales trainers have used for years, and it's time is up.
So a great new network marketing strategy around how to talk about what it is you do is by discussing the problems and talking about how they can be overcome, but never the actual way you overcome them. In other words you sell the sizzle but never the steak (I know that's an old metaphor but it's so true).
Let me give you an example:
If someone asks me "what do you do Adam?"
My reply might be (example of network marketing strategy):
"Well you've probably know a few people who are involved in network marketing and they've lost a lot of their friends due to high pressure and deceitful sales tactics, you may know a few people like that right?"
They reply with a YES, because their relating back to what has happened to them in the past and placing names as I speak. I then go on to say:
"What I do specifically is teach a strategy on how to attract people to them ready for their opportunity, so they don't have to bug their friends and family"
The person I'm telling this to is thinking "WOW" a new way to market that isn't intrusive, I've got to tell them about this.
I then go into a conversation with these people and at the end ask them "would you be able to pass on my details to these people if they're open to it as I'm passionate about helping them for their own sake (and their friends & families sake... said jokingly)"
This approach has given me a lot of warm leads in the offline marketing world. And the same is true online, you just need to follow the course from the
Renegade University
and
The Renegade Network Marketer
ebook, and you'll learn a tonne of new and exciting ways to market like this online, without the pressure or hassle of old school network marketing strategy.
