How to Attract Home Business Success

For many home business success is a complicated and extraordinarily difficult way to succeed in business. While most of us envy the successful work at home entreprenuers, and wish we had the same lifestyle as they percievingly enjoy, there's a lot more going on in their lives than we think.

What does it take to be a home business success story?
For starters, to attract the right work at home vehicle into your life, so that you can work from home, will require a fair bit of planning on your part.

You need to think about firstly, how is this going to affect my lifestyle, family, income and overall happiness? If I'm at home and it's my office as well as my home, and will I get a chance to "get out" and have a life? Or will it chain me to my office and work even more, as living at home and working from home, can often be a trap, if you don't some balance plans in place and a time schedule for "you time".

In the pursuit of becoming a home business success we can often become obsessed with our work, which in essence blocks us out of our family, can make us irritable and distant and the whole project can burn us out.

What options are there for me to work from home?
There are many stories around how top business entrepreneurs started from the bedroom of their home, with nothing more than a basic computer and internet connection.

But before the days of computers, many home based businesses were born from the living room or bedroom of ones home. A common example of home business success is the yard cleaning and home maintenance service. Easily started with nothing more than a few basic tools found around the house that you might already have, and if you don't have such tools you can use your customers equipment onsite.

There's always ways to get started with no or little money, and I've affectionately branded this "The No Money Method" which is my own term and system, for starting with next to nothing and becoming a home business success.

I want you to think for a minute, about all the things your knowledgeable about, things you love to do, and the kinds of activities you could do and get paid for... Without having a huge startup capital fund to back you.

Here are some ideas I've come up with: 1. Computer instruction onsite (I did this for 3 years successfully in my part time) 2. Marketing consulting & business coaching 3. Life coaching 4. Yard / house cleaning & handyman work 5. Ironing (clients drop off and pickup) 6. Affiliate marketing offline & commission selling 7. Building an information based website ( SiteSell.com is great for this and gives you the tools and expert guidance for a very low fee) 8. Personal fitness trainer (can do at peoples home or yours) 9. Martial arts trainer 10. Holistic meditation, yoga, and mind courses (all can be conducted from your home or at your clients place, or even on the phone) 11. Using your computer to make marketing cards and materials in low quantities for customers (I did this for years with a basic computer and printer, now you can just go to a printer, get a price list and materials and do it commission, no overhead on your part whatsoever).

So there's 10 ideas above that you couuld start with minimal effort, funds and the income is "instant".

The opportunities for becoming a home business success are endless and only limited by your imagination, and I cover more on this in my consulting around "The No Money Method" to creating a successful home business and finding a purpose in life. One of the most instant ways to get into business is by doing commission sales work or spotting work for local, national or international businesses. You can literally signup or approach online vendors who offer what's known as "affiliate programs" which are free to signup to and be in business the next day.

They offer all the support, with materials and promotional ideas and the better programs offer an affiliate manager to walk you through the process... All this is "No Money Down" and there's programs in every area of passion and industry you can think of where you can become an affilaite... It's all about making sales online or off.

There's one reason why I didn't mention MLM or Network Marketing ideas as part of the "No Money Method" is because they often require anywhere from a few hundred dollars to thousands to startup, with a monthly outlay on their products to keep getting your cheques. But some of these franchise style businesses have great backup, support and products, without the franchise pricetag of 10's of thousands to get started.

However there are some MLM's that you can join for free, such as SFI online, which is one that I've seen, but if you want to actively recieve payment cheques as you build your downline then you need to be buying the minimum amount of product each month.

Internet Home Business Success
If you are slightly more high tech and have a basic understanding of computers and the internet then the door of opportunity opens for you to achieve success from home, working on via the internet.

Being online and connected to the online world gives you options, to start and run (part time) a business from home virtually. Your staff can be anywhere in the world and managed all virtually and have a seemingly local appearance (once you build your business up that is).

There are many ways to begin for very little online, but my chosen method has been via a program called SBI, which is short for SiteSell. Honesestly, I believe it is "the best" business building tool online, whether your in network marketing, service based, selling products or just giving information, it allows you to monetize and create an income flow from many different ways... All very low-pressure of course and entirely natural.

When I started my home business success adventure, I chose to go the online route, and also partner with a good friend of mine who is a guru on sales and selling (espescially cold calling), which is very common for new business owners to do. By studying various business mentors, guru's and entrepreneur success stories, I became very educated on the right and wrong things to do in business, marketing and sales. I would recommend you try and do this yourself, and study as many books, online resources and what successful people do, so that you're not re-inventing the wheel in your own journey towards home business success.

If your thinking of marketing an offline service locally, you can still have a website, and take advantage of methods incorporating email promotion and internet marketing, along with offline campaigns, sales calls etc. This mix works extremely well, and once you build up a substantial database who allow you to email them, you can then cut costs even more and have a very responsive email internet marketing based list of customers, who love to hear from and buy from you. Once you've built your list, your going to need to stay in constant contact with them, via email, and other online methods. The best way to do this is via email autoresponder, where you'll be given numerous options for marketing, surveys and list building forms and tools.

One last thing that I would recommend on your venture towards attracting home business success into your life is, study more books, articles and success from home magazines, from your local newsagency, all sources you can get your hands on is worth it and will pay off in your personal development in the long run.

Home business success is a journey, just as our life is a journey, learn to make it an exciting and educational one that will eventually pay off in ways you never even dreamed of.
